Courses may be taken in any combination with exception of Introduction to Health Science which has to be taken the semester prior to attending the Phlebotomy Practicum.

Introduction to Health Science is only offered during the Fall and Spring semester.

• Talk with patients and donors so they are less nervous about having their blood drawn
• Assemble and maintain medical instruments such as needles, test tubes and blood vials

You need to be at least 17 years old and have a high school diploma or GED to enroll.
